I should win Cheffactor because I love having a bit of spice in life and a bit of spice in FOOD! Especially the hot ones! I'm a big Mexican fan - enchiladas, salsa, nachos and more! However, I want to learn about even more spices with the amazing chefs at Ballymaloe! I love cooking and I love sharing my creations with others. Wonderful flavours make me smile and I love making others smile too! Making the world happy through food...I can't think of anything better!

Is there anything nicer than lime and coriander marinated chicken smothered in a homemade enchilada sauce filled with tomatoes, onions, peppers, cumin, cayenne pepper and topped with a dollop of sour cream? Maybe homemade salsa with fresh jalepeno peppers spread on top of cheesy nachos, and the best Margarita this side of the Atlantic! This meal is a fiesta on a plate! The blend of spices and flavours are so intense and tasty, yet come from such simple ingredients! Me encanta!
