I have always loved food, whether baking, or cooking a 4 course menu for a dinner party, maximising flavours using locally sourced ingredients.
I take delight in the pleasure that my food brings to friends and family.
The Ballymaloe Cookery Course has been a dream of mine which I’ve put on hold whilst I rear my four children. Winning this competition will allow me to realise my dream, gaining both culinary and business expertise through the “Cully and Sully /Ballymaloe“ experience.

This cake has proved a resounding success with everyone, at birthday parties, coffee mornings and family celebrations.
A handful of quality ingredients with added passion and flair, results in something very special, which my children and friends delight in every time.
That ever classic triple chocolate and biscuit combination forms the basis to which many other ingredients can be added , elevating this cake to something very special, of which my friends always say “one bite is never enough”
