I love all types of cooking and especially experimental stuff and mixing up recipes and ingredients to see what happens, trying to find that "secret ingredient" the whole time. I'm constantly watching cookery on T.V. or else looking it up on the net. To me there's nothing like an evening in the kitchen with good loud music and a bit of food experimenting.
You have 500 characters to tell us about your dish:
My dish is a hobnob based cheesecake (the shop had no digestives) with an orange chocolate ganache layer on top of the biscuit base. The cheesecake mix is 3 tubs of philidelphia, 1 tub of double cream,caster sugar,zest of an orange and a few teaspoons of squeeze concentrated orange juice. The "Cully & Sully" on top are my first ever attempt at piping.I piped "Cully & Sully" on the side by piping it backward on a piece of greaseproof and setting it with the cake but it smudged a bit.
