There’s nothing I like more than to take a bunch of raw ingredients and make them into something delicious. I’ve always loved cooking (and eating!) different types of food but it’s only been over the last few years I’ve realised how much I genuinely enjoy it and really want to take it to the next level. It’s brilliant that Cully & Scully are offering this incredible chance to develop my culinary skills whilst learning from the best food business team out there…pick me pick me pick me!!

This glorious baked cheese cake has it all-crunchy dark chocolate biscuit base, rich and decadent white chocolate filling smothering the hidden gems that add the slightly sour contrast to the creamy mascarpone- fresh raspberries.Topped off with delicate chocolate curls and more juicy raspberries it is the kind of desert that will etch itself into your memory and have your tummy rumbling at the mere thought of it. WARNING: lashings of self restraint needed not to devour before overnight chilling!
