I turned 30 last month and although I always try to live the life of my dreams, I have decided that this is the year to really start doing it. I absolutely love good food, cooking and entertaining and I want to be the next Martha Stewart (but without the criminal record). This recipe is my special take on a 'chicken and chips' dinner. The free-range chicken drumsticks are coated in a sauce based on half a tub of Cully and Sully Creamy Tomato & Basil Soup mixed with chillies, garlic, balsamic vinegar and other special ingredients. The carrot french fires are just that - carrots fried as we would usually make potato french fries. The dip is a simple mix of sour cream, freshly chopped coriander and a little salt and pepper. I hope you like it – literally!
