I think I should win Cheffactor because for me cooking is a passion and a hugely important part of my day.My favourite thing to do is cook for the people I love and see them enjoy it. I would love to have a future in the food industry and I think this opportunity would be the way to start. I have always had an interest in cooking and baking and of course eating :) So please vote for me and give me the opportunity to learn and live out my dream!!!

Based on my 3 favourite Chilean starters,the platter is made up of Empanadas de pino,sopaipillas with a tomato salsa & Pil Pil prawns in a chili,garlic & butter sauce.The empanadas are filled with a spicy minced meat seasoned with cumin, dry chili & oregano which is left overnight to allow the meat to soak up the flavours. The Sopaipillas are fried discs of dough and eaten with a salsa of tomoato,onion,garlic,chili,coriander & lemon. The Prawns are fried in butter,fresh chili,garlic & white wine

it sounds amazing i espically like the sound of the empandas, and they all sounds as though they would mix well appearance wise they look great im only sorry i wont get to taste them in person
querida nuerita , las empanadas son de lo mejor y las sopaipas también,pero esas tienen que ser comidas con la rica receta que tienes que se llama chancho en piedra hummmm como son de buenas, y que hablar de las gambas, hummm sabrosÃsimas, un beso y que te salga todo lindo
