I love food. I love reading about food, talking about food, eating food and I especially love cooking food. I have been interested in food ever since I started helping my mother to bake every Saturday morning as a child. I would love to win this competition as it would give me a great start to really learn about food. My dream would be to one day run my own catering company and I feel this course in Ballymaloe and the work experience with Cully and Sully would really be an amazing opportunity.
You have 500 characters to tell us about your dish:
This dish is a dinner party favourite of mine. The chicken fillet is stuffed with a mixture of ricotta cheese and spinach and then wrapped in parma ham and baked in the oven. The accompaniments for the dish are steamed tender stem broccoli and a gratin made with potatoes (from my dad’s garden-have to give him a mention!!) and sweet potatoes baked with cream, onion and garlic. To decorate I have grilled some tomatoes on the vine and made a parmesan crisp. Bon Appétit!!!

Hi All,
You don't need to be a Facebook member to vote. The voting is done using Facebook software and some employers have that blocked, so you may not be able to vote at work. It should work no problem from your home computer!

You will need a Facebook account to vote, it's the best and fairest way we could find to vet the voting process, other then making every single person register on our site in order to vote.
You are correct that people should be able to vote from home or their mobile, voting doesn't close till the 17th of November, so plenty of time to get the votes in!
