I love to cook and i've a great passion for food. I've been cooking from an early age when I took over the kitchen from my dad and haven't looked back since. I get pleasure cooking for people and there's nothing better then seeing empty plates at the end of a meal. I'm happiest when i cook and would love to get into the food industry. There is always room to grow and improve and there is no better way to learn then from the best at Ballymaloe it would be an amazing life changing opportunity.

This dish is a chilli based Chicken dish that has it all. It's a spicy tomato flavour sauce with a wide variety of mixed vegetables including carrots, peas, broccoli, peppers and of course chickpeas. It's served topped with sour cream and a sprinkle of grated cheese and a side of toasted pita chips. It's tasty has plenty of vegetables in it and is a favourite dish of mine to serve and that's why i choose this dish.
