Chicken and broccoli bake is one of those versatile dishes that suits any occasion and I’ve yet to meet anyone that hasn’t liked it. It’s a tricolour of a green broccoli bed, tender white chicken pieces and topped with golden breadcrumbs. A chicken based creamy sauce with hints of curry and zesty lemon provides the moistness that binds this tasty dish together. It’s quick and easy to prepare and can be adapted to include leftover vegetables while still tasting fantastic.
