For so long I have dreamt to do this course but these was always something in the way.I love cooking, it makes me alive, it's the aroma in the kitchen,it's going to the markets,touching & smelling the seasonal vegetables, it's trusting my local butcher & it's my friends smiles when they are eating their food, my twins licking their fingers,it's picking my own herbs from the garden. I could go on & on but really what it's all about is that cooking is my life.Give me the chance the live my dream:)

I love cooking my famous roast chicken on a Sunday afternoon,it reminds me of home when I was younger,my mum used to make if for us all the time.I loved how the house would fill with delicious aromas & I would be looking through the oven glass door to make sure the skin would go all crispy without burning.It's a great dish full of flavor & goodness & such a simple recipe.It's also the roasted veg with the garlic,the caramelized lemon with the crispy bacon that makes the perfect Chic Chic Poulet!
