I LOVE TO COOK. It's really as simple as that. I've been cooking since the age of 12 (I think). I always wanted to be a chef, I told my dad that I would open a restaurant with him when he died (apparently I meant when he retired). I've taken other roads in life but I'm back again cooking and baking with a passion (using my own hen's eggs). This course would be a dream come true for me but maybe not my family and friends as they would be my guinea pigs (very plump guinea pigs)
You have 500 characters to tell us about your dish:
Fresh carrots and eggs are the key to this recipe. Followed by a generous helping of pineapple, cinnamon, walnuts and sultanas. But lets not forget the flour, sugar and oil. Put them all together, bake in the oven until the skewer comes out clean and you've got a very moist carrot cake. My family and friends love it but they are possibly a little biased.
