Winning or even getting to the next round of cheffactor would be amazing. I have always had a love of cooking and baking since i was a small child helping my mam but now my passion has taking over. Everday is taking up by looking up cookbooks or trying something new out on the family. This has even spread into over parts of my life i now own ten hens, had supply me with eggs everyday and two pigs had will soon supply me with meat. All this has lead me here and now I need the skills from you guys

This cake is a big hit with everyone I have made it for and hopefully you too. Its a chocolate sponge cake made on buttermilk and coco power which leaves it light not like most chocolate cakes. Its filled with cream cheese icing. It was service alot of celebrations from a first birthday to a sixth. The recipe was even tripped once to make a caterpillar .It tastes great too.
