I LOVE to cook savoury and sweet. My talant is making original cakes, I dont like the roll out icing, I likr to use different textures to make thinks as fun and realistic as possible. every part or my cakes are ediable. I love to cook savoury food too whether it is beef stew or torchon of foie gras!i feel i have a good knowledge of food and would love to turn it into a great knowledge of food and i think this competition would relly help me to achive this. thank you

Candy Land, this was a cake i made in nov for my sisters birtday. she was having a fun party theme and wanted a sweety cake. i thought about it and decided to go for candy lands. the first "land" is the forest the next is ice mountain and finaly is the candy castle. each land is joined by rice-crispy "bridges". To give a real candy effect I used an italian meringue icing.
