I should win chef factor because i often end up making a fry for breakfast and then having it again in the evening for my dinner-so limited is my knowledge of cooking. I do make the effort to at least serve my fry with a glass of wine in the evening though :) Pick me and save me from a life of burnt toast!
You have 500 characters to tell us about your dish: 
My toast is, well, burnt and made from standard white bread. I am good at getting my fried egg perfectly taut on the outside and lovely and runny on the inside. This helps to hide the bite of the burnt toast. I grill my sausages and rashers and voila- Breakfast (and dinner) is served!
