I should win Chef Factor because I'm a cork girl with high hopes of becoming a chef! I always start out cooking with the best intentions but often, I'm not quite sure of what to do with an ingredient and it throws me off.my food comes out tasting good but I always think I'm missing the one technique or ingredient that could make it really special. TEACH ME!

I had so much fun making my dish for chef factor last year, I have decided to re enter the same dish this year!It's made using loooooads of cooking apples, it really is totally packed! My pastry could be a little lighter but, hey, that's why I entered Chef Factor-to learn!!
