I should win chef factor because I've been the cook at my house for years feeding my kids! But that cooking seemed purely functional and now I want to learn how to cook new things and dishes that I would enjoy cooking and serving. I have always toyed with the idea of setting up a home entertainment business so perhaps it could lead to that!
You have 500 characters to tell us about your dish:
I sauted red pepper, garlic and onion in a little oil. Then I added creme freche, salt pepper, vegetable stock and served with some cracker bread! Delcious!
