I would love to win Chef Factor because I would love to train how to cook professionally! I am ADDICTED to watch cooking programmes but I can never replicate the dishes! I need hands on help from Ballymaloe and Cully & Sully! It's my dream to learn how to cook professionally!

My dish is total comfort food! It includes cheaps, marrowfat peas, two Irish pork sausages and my special meaty mincey gravy which is top secret and totally addictive!
