Growing up on a pig farm gave me not just a love for producing food but a love for eating & discovering food. My career path has taken me from completing a Dip. In Pig Husbandry in Mellows Agri College to a Dip. in Speciality Food Production-UCC, Cully & Sully Chef Factor is a must for me. I would love the opportunity to grow & develop a foodie business. This would not just benefit my career path but my family on treating them to delicious & nutritious meals.I'm a foodie from birth & home grown!
You have 500 characters to tell us about your dish:
Roasted Bacon served with Baby Potatoes, Red Cabbage & Stuffed Cheese Mushrooms. Oven Baked Bacon - glazed with brown sugar and local honey. The Bacon is "Truly Irish" - The farmers brand. The Bacon was slowly roasted in the over for 2 hours. Served with Red Cabbage soaked in cider, white wine, honey, cinnamon & 2 oranges. The potatoes were oven roasted with onions, pine nuts & olive oil. The mushrooms were stuffed with grated cheese and roasted in the oven until crispy.Supporting local produce.
