i would like to win the prize because i am in the early stages of setting up my own bakery and the course would be hugely benefical to me. it is also something iv had a life long passion for, having had a big family cooking is something iv had to rely on for years and i would love the opportunity to improve my skills.

The Boxty Blitz the boxty blitz is a wholesome food which is nutrious and very cheap. it can be eaten any time of the day, morning, afternoon or evening. it is made up of grated potatoes, flour and milk. it is then fried on the pan, cut into rolls with your desired filling inside, in this particular one we used sausage and bacon for our fillings. mshrooms, tomatoes, egg etc could also be used as filling.
