Years ago, when living in Paris, I fell head over heals for an American girl. After she returned to New York I saved up all my centimes to visit her. Sadly it was a visit to heartbreak hotel, but I did get this recipe from it.A mix of oats, nuts, seeds and apples, spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg is already pretty healthy. But for heros like Cully & Sully I’ve added Agave nectar (from cactuses don’t you know) plus Goji and Cranberries for extra health POW. A bowl of this and you'll be flying!
