To be honest I have recently only started to learn how to cook and I find myself enjoying the challenge of cooking new things and experimenting with flavours from different cultures. If I won chef factor it would give me the opportunity to learn more about the fundamentals of cooking from the greatest experts......Ballymaloe and gain a more rounded understanding of flavours.
You have 500 characters to tell us about your dish:
This dish is one of my favourites at the moment as I love Asian cuisine. The noodles are dressed with a combination of lime, ginger, garlic, onion, chili and coriander to name but a few and topped with honey roasted cashew nuts. As i am Australian i couldn't leave the dish without "throwing some shrimp on the barbie!". The prawns were marinated in some soya and fish sauce, honey, lime and chili. This dish work brilliantly either hot or cold!
