Cod on a bed of spinach with lemon and honey sauce served with Potato Grrrratin.I took time picking out the bear necessities concept and what to make.I like good fresh food that needs only a little help.I choose to make bear inspired food,so fish baked on the bed of spinach with butter,soy sauce lemmon and honey.The grratin compliments the fish and is made with goats cheese,Camembert,cheddar,garlic,and a rue is the base for the sauce.It is simple and but delicious.It covers the Bear Necessities

The bear went over the mountain to get your grizzled cod!
I tried to find a paw paw, to make paw paw sorbet but I couldn't however the English Market in cork does sell prickly pears. (who knew they existed?I thought it was just the song)
