i would like to win the chef factor as i am interested in setting up my own cafe and cookery school. it is something i have a huge passion for and long to do it for a living. winning the chef factor would be a huge step towards my dream of running my own cookery school and may just be the final piece of the puzzle i need to go that extra step to making this dream a reality.

delish home made brown bread, scones and apple pie. brown bread is made from plain flour and wheat bran. the scones are made made from plain flour,buttermilk and margarine. the apple pie is made from my own home grown apples and short crust pastry. each dish would melt in your mouth with amazing flavours and textures.
