Hi Cully and Sully, firstly thanks for the chance to enter this competition. I think I should win as my love for food and cooking is something I have brought from childhood, I love the whole process from garden to mouth watering plate and when family and friends get together around the table to eat, all the work and preparation is worth every second . I would love to have professional training to bring together all my passion for food and cooking and maybe start a life I have always dreamed of.
You have 500 characters to tell us about your dish:
Pizza is a favourite in our house, especially as everyone gets involved and gets to have the toppings they want. We are especially proud of this one as we roasted our home grown tomatoes, herbs and garlic (our first time to grow any of these was this year) for the sauce. The onions and rocket we grew also and the Prosciutto style ham is from our very first home reared pig (8 months of nervous waiting to see if air drying worked) all very happy with end result.

Niamh, I would love some of that pizza. That's a great story....home grown veg and pig...beat that!!
