Once upon a time the girl sold her soul to crazy corporate Ireland, each day working her fingers to the bone and stressing her mind; making sure the big boss would have lots & lots of lolly. Many years of doing this, the girl’s head was beginning to spin and her mind was in a total tizz!

You have 500 characters to tell us about your dish:
butter the ramkins (best of Irish butter), cover the bottom of the dish with creamy cream, grate some beautiful hard cheddar chese into the dish, crack in an organic free range egg, sprinkle in more strands of grated cheese, add a itsy bitsy bit of salt and freshly ground pepper, top off with more cream. The final touch is putting on some more grated cheese. Bake in a bain marie - enjoy with fresh bread.. simple and ready to go in only 15minutes. fast food at its best
