I’ve loved cooking and baking since…well forever! Nothing makes me happier than hiding out in my kitchen and cooking up something really tasty. At the moment I’ve got a bit of Scarefactor not Cheffactor! I’m scared of cooking things like seafood, bread, pastry dishes & making pasta. To attend Ballymaloe Cookery School would be just amazing.. I could get over my scarefactor and get the cheffactor ;-) My dream is to open a little cafe by the sea and share delicous food with the world!

I love Banoffee pie! My Banoffee has evolved a bit over the last few years. This is one of my favourite versions.. Little chocolate pots filled with a chocolate chip shortbread base, a little taste of banana, smothered in dulce de leche toffee and topped with Baileys double cream.. Yum! The baby cakes in front are white chocolate cases, filled with a creamy orangy chocolate!
