I think I should win Cheffactor because I love all things culinary! It has long been a vision of mine to do the Ballymaloe cookery course so to get the oppoptunity to win this would really be a dream come true! I am hardworking and fun loving which I feel are the attributes needed to sustain a career in catering. I would love to learn all the different aspects to food that Ballymaloe has to offer. In 10 years time i would love to look back and thank Cheffactor for giving me my first big break!
You have 500 characters to tell us about your dish:
The dish I decided to create for Cheffactor is a delicious orange cake. The recipe is borrowed from Ballymaloe itself! The ingredients are always fresh and organic which makes all the difference. The cake is moist and delicious. I think one of lifes little pleasures is tea and cake so I love to bake this for family and friends. It never fails to bring a smile to their faces so we never stop at one slice. I would love to have my own eatery one day and this cake would never be far from the menu!

Who is Ms Dunnahoe??? Thanks for voting if you did, not a chance of me catching the top 4 but hey it has been great fun on the campaign trail. Gotta hand it to Cully and Sully, a great bit of advertising on their behalf! I'll be entering this competition every year now! And I'll never forget Cully and Sully.
