I love cooking. I love baking. I love food! There's isn't enough time in the day or money in my bank account to accomodate all the cooking I always want to do. I love creating a dish and watching my friends and family enjoy it, and of course I usually help demolish it too! Food is a passion on mine, an important part of my life, and I would love the opportunity to learn more about cooking.

You have 500 characters to tell us about your dish:

This is my miniature version Rubik's Cube Cake. I say miniature because I baked three much larger versions of these as my friend's wedding cakes. The inside is a wonderfully moist devil's food cake, with layers of chocolate ganache. The outside is generously covered in more chocolate ganache, and the coloured squares are marshmallow fondant painted with food colouring. Seriously yummy, or so I think!
