Oddly enough the inspiration for this came to me when i was eating a lemon sweet. It is sausage roll with onion and thyme stuffing served with a red wine onion gravy. I had never made anything like this before and it turned out a delicious fragrant dish! It was fun making and would love to share it with everybody.
