From a very early age I have loved cooking. It has been a very long dream of mine to attend Ballymaloe. However due to the path my life has taken I never got there. I have recently been made redundant. I feel now is my time for a change of direction and the dream of attending Ballymaloe and one day opening my own business is as strong as ever.

My Creation is a delicious chocolate roulade made with free range eggs, caster sugar and good quality chocolate. It is filled with fresh cream and Irish strawberries. It's a family favourite.
