I want to win Chef factor to fulfil my dream of becoming a chef.The opportunity to work with the best would be amazing. Food to me is the highlight of everyday and there's nothing that brings a family closer together than a delicious meal (which I happily prepare). Food is art and the plate is your canvas.

I prepared this cake for my little sisters Birthday. I managed to take the photograph before the lot was eaten. Good quality chocolate was used in the making which gives a nice flavour and texture. My little sister would be my most hard to please food critic so I was glad when I got the thumbs up from her and her friends. Happy days!!
