Not only do I have the talent, I have the experience behind me to know what it is I want to do in life. I have the love of food and yearn to share my love for food with everyone. I'm extremely creative and have a natural flair for what's delicious. I keep Ducks and Hens and grow my own Veggies. I have a market stall which I run from my house every Sunday in my efforts to spread the joy of good fresh home cooking and fresh produce. The icing on my cake is to be Ballymaloe Certified. I'm ready !!!

My dish is a good home hearty meal. Perfect for cold winter days or those days when you simply need a pick me up or a cuddle. This recipe has been passed down through generations of Arcari's. We almost lost the recipe when my Mum passed away, however hours of trial, error and tasting from memory I believe I have restored this rustic meal. The ingredients are not expensive and it will feed a family for very little. We call this dish Mince & Bean Soup and serve it with some crusty bread. Oooh Yum!

Angie, this looks and sounds most delicious and I can't wait to taste it at my next visit!
I think you deserve to win because cooking is not just a little hobby you have - you are going the full way with growing the veggies, taking care of the hens etc., which is much more time-consuming and requires much more dedication than just shopping in a supermarket.
