I think I should win Chef Factor because plain and simple, I'm obsessed with food! A nicer way to put it is I'm a full bona fide foodie! I can prove it! You don’t get generous curves like the ones I have without being a dedicated foodie, do you?! But in all seriousness, I have always wanted to become a chef of some sort. I remember watching cooking shows when I was a kid, thinking ‘One day that could be me!’ This would be a chance of a life time for me to attend Ballymaloe! Please vote for me!!!

This mouth watering pile of goodness on a plate is a little number I like to call 'Amber's 5-P Carbonara'. Peas, Pasta, Parmesan, & Pig Please! Catchy eh? I'm far from a traditionalist when it comes to cooking, so at the first chance to free up my freezer space, I decided to throw some peas into my fresh Carbonara at the last second. Boy was that a good decision! 5-P sounds a lot better than 4-P doesn't it?! This meal is so filling and it's perfect for someone on a budget or someone in a hurry!
