Cooking for myself or anyone is a passion which started back in college. Eating over processed and reheated food for mouths I said it’s time to give this cooking a go. I always had in my mine to get into been a chef for sometime after and after working in the service industry the more the interest grow. The chef factor is a great opportunity for anyone to get started. And if I got started it would be a wish come true and open so many new doors.

This dish does not burn a hole in your pocket and is as simple as riding the chest of a wave. I’d start off with my pancake batter and leave if rest for a least 1/2 an hour. Then make a fresh parley sauce which I’d add 3/4ld mixture of fish, salmon, smoke haddock and white fish. Cooking the mixture in the sauce only takes 15mins simmering. Cooking up to four pancakes add the mixture and roll. Place them in baking dish cover with cheese and put into a per-heated over of 210oC to melt cheese. yum
