I would love to win Cheffactor as I have been a food enthusiast for much of my 27years so far. My love for food stemmed from my father's passion as a chef for over 40years. I even contemplated giving up my day job 2years ago to pursue a career as a chef but with all things considered, it was a gamble too big to take at the time. Winning this would mean the world to me as I could pursue a lifetime ambition of something I am massively passionate about- all things food!! Pick me please!
You have 500 characters to tell us about your dish:
"Ado's Winter Warmer" is inspired by the hearty & homely dishes served by Cully & Sully over the years. It is what I like to call a beef "stew-lash" (something between a stew & a goulash) made with onions, carrots, closed cap mushrooms & mixed fresh herbs. On the side are sautéd garlic potatoes, infused with lemon, tumeric & fresh rosemary. I think it is the perfect dish for those cold evenings to stave off the winter blues! All prepared in 1hr30min after a day's work! Not bad at all!!
