Some Cheffactor success news from Fiach in Co. Westmeath!

Following my last post, a neighbour who had seen my Cheffactor entry and blog post asked me to cater a supper party she was having last weekend! Some of the dishes are illustrated here - Chickpea and garlic salad, Tortilla omelette, Red onion and cheddar tarts and boned rolled and stuffed Chicken. Had some fun and made some beer money - thanks to Cheffactor!

With only three more days to go i have to say i have tryed so hard to get votes for me to win that dream prize ,but even though i am still trying it is not working out the way i thought it would.so now i am hopping that i have shown cully and sully that i have something special and deserve a place in the final 6.
This competition has made me get to know lots of new foodie lovers from all around ireland and i wish everyone the best of luck !!
my family and my fingers and toes are crossed for thursday ,we just hope i might be a wildcard for the final!!

Hi there, I just wanted you to see what my beautiful Roulade Looked like before I cut it to take the snap shot!

I am really so excited about this competition, I work full time and I am also a mum and I am so sad that I entered in it so late and now I lack in votes, I just hope that a miracle happens and I am in between the finnalist 6, that would be my dream! I went to electric Picnic and I left my email there, I thought I'd win the place simply by having jotted down my email on that list, oh silly me!
