Hello Cheffactor...
Some Cheffactor success news from Fiach in Co. Westmeath!
Following my last post, a neighbour who had seen my Cheffactor entry and blog post asked me to cater a supper party she was having last weekend! Some of the dishes are illustrated here - Chickpea and garlic salad, Tortilla omelette, Red onion and cheddar tarts and boned rolled and stuffed Chicken. Had some fun and made some beer money - thanks to Cheffactor!

wow, those dishes look just like something out of a cookery book !- well done Fiach. I can almost smell and taste the dishes from here......mouth watering.....keyboard covered in drool!
