Hi there, I just wanted you to see what my beautiful Roulade Looked like before I cut it to take the snap shot!

I am really so excited about this competition, I work full time and I am also a mum and I am so sad that I entered in it so late and now I lack in votes, I just hope that a miracle happens and I am in between the finnalist 6, that would be my dream! I went to electric Picnic and I left my email there, I thought I'd win the place simply by having jotted down my email on that list, oh silly me!

But this is the photo of my Roulade, I think it's really beautiful and really really light and tasty I will have to make you one just so you could melt with it!

I have lots more photos of my cooking I'd love to be able to send it to the blog if you'd allow me.
