My dream would be to open my own perfect café: during the day, it's a coffee shop with muffins and cakes and during the evening/ night, it's a cocktail bar with fingerfood and more. I could spend hours and hours in such a café. Chef-Factor would be a perfect start to kick of that dream. As well I would like to beat my brother(a trained chef) in who can cut veg quickest.
You have 500 characters to tell us about your dish:
It's similar to classic pasta and meatball, with the difference, that it's not meat but Tuna. You also add a little bit of cinnamon to the mix, which togeher with pinenuts and parmesan is a perfect combination. The tomato sauce differs from time to time, depending what I have still open in the fridge. It's easy, but delicious, and good to prepare in advance.
