I should win Cheffactor because I would love to learn how to cook & bake properly. Watching it on TV is one thing but actually being shown first hand by someone who knows what they are doing would be fantastic.

This is my Cookies and Cream cake. It's a very simple recipe based on cheesecake. It has layers of chocolate chip cookies and vanilla cheesecake mixture and is left to set overnight. It's also magic, because whenever I turn my back for 5 minutes it disappears! ;)
