I think I should win cheffactor because I really really really want to go to Ballymaloe and learn how to cook :) its simple. I love entertaining and I have always used recipes from Ballymaloe but I have never been there.....

I live in West Cork, right by the sea, which is why fish has inspired my dish. It is pesto crusted salmon fillet with asparagus and fresh rocket, garnished with red grapes and a light basil dressing
