I work in a restaurant and have always wanted to be a fully trained chef! I am always suggesting ideas to the chef and he takes them on board. I have even filled in for him when he has gone on holidays!

My dish is a sundried tomatoe, rice and beef risotto served with toast and olive oil. It's absolutely delicious and always a hit with the ladeee's
