Food has always been big part of my life. Like a kid I liked to watch my mum to cook. Since I started to cook I discovered this is something what I really enjoy. I do not know if I am better or deserve more to win than other contenders but if I win and get the opportunity to access Ballymaloe course I will put all my effort and skills to learn as much I can in culinary art to pick all the little tricks and secrets to become a good chef and give myself and my family chance of a better future.

Today I prepared simply roast chicken with chorizo and herbs stuffing and roast potatoes. This type of a dinner has always reminded me of all the times when our family get together on Sunday afternoon. Everyone sits down around the table to have the chats and also to enjoy a glass of wine with the lovely Sunday supper. I always try to use good quality ingredients and I believe that together with care and good cooking skills makes the difference between average and excellent food.
