Ive always liked cooking but never really cooked alot when i was younger. It wasnt until I went to college and had to fend for myself that I really started to catch the cooking bug, and it hasnt left me. I like trying new recipes every week, but i really love proper BBQ and charcuterie and it would be an absolute dream to attend the ballymaloe cookery school to learn more about cooking and use the knowledge to open doors for me it the future.
You have 500 characters to tell us about your dish:
The cod is poached in milk which has a bay leaf, peppercorns and chopped onion in it for more flavour. After the fish is poached the milk is sieved and reduced in a saucepan with butter and flour, at the end chopped parsley is added. Its served with crushed potatoes with chives going through it and french beans cooked in vegatable stock. This makes a really good family meal all made with fresh ingredients......VOTE FOR ME PLEASE.....DO IT!!!!
