I can feel a gourmet revolution happening all around us .I would like to be a part of it! I want on that gravy train, and I'll give it meat and 2 veg.I love cooking and every aspect of it. I'd love to learn to do much more.... to rattle Rachel or dare to dazzle Darina...Give me that flame to carry and Ill heat up the kitchen.
And so at night when I close my eyes,

My dish is made from brown rice and smoked bacon,added are finely chopped onions,carrots,celery,some garlic,basil,pine nuts dried apricots and feta cheese. Stuff it in peppers then in the oven with a tasty tomato sauce made with shallots ,basil and garlic again,some balsalmic vinegar ang brown sugar. T'is a versatile dish.It can be a starter, side or main course. You could add different veg,maybe some chicken or fish.Or leave them out and its a vegatarian dish. Any how any way way we love it

I've been served this dish of Mags' before and I must say it's simply delish! The garlic and basil ensure a feast for the senses and there apricot are a surprising but nonetheless scrumptious twist in the pepper.
just tried to replicate this dish for dinner tonight! a feast for the senses!! the creator of this dish is obviously a seasoned pro and needs to win this prize!!!

OMG! From the second I started to chop the ingredients my mouth started to water. This is going to be awesome, I thought. Well, I was just spot-on. Shortly after I stuffed me peppers and popped them into the oven the aromas began to waft into my kitchen. This woman is a genius whoever she is! She has her eyes on the prize and rightly so. Flavours, textures and visuals all combined to make this a meal not to be forgotten. You go Mags!
