You have 500 characters to tell us why you should win Cheffactor:
I should win Cheffactor because I am obsessed with cooking. I live sleep and breath food. I have an unhealthy obsession with kitchen utensils, funky ingredients and cook books. Ever since I got my hands on my first Darina Allen cookbook I was hooked. When I was a little girl I dreamed of going to Ballymaloe and learning everything to do with food from my hero! Nothing has changed!
You have 500 characters to tell us about your dish:
Fillet of pork with an apple and chorizo sauce served with fried cubed potatoes and a licorice gravy. Yum Yum! It's a Symphony of flavors in your mouth!

Project Cheffactor
I can confirm from knowing this lovely lady from age 12 that she has always been obsessed with cooking fabulous food, kitchen utensils, funky ingredients and cook books!! Her Galway ladies have had the pleasure of sampling some absolutely amazing dishes - a dinner invite from Clodagh makes us all very happy gals!!!!
Best of luck Clo xx
I had the pleasure of living with Clodagh during college which turned out to be a mixed blessing. For anyone who has lived with Clodagh will know that she'll fatten you up with fine dining 5 nights a week. The 'Cistin' is the heart of the home for Clodagh and if you pop over to her house she'll probably rustle up her famous strawberry cheesecake muffins while dishing you all of her goss. I've sampled this dish before and it's a wowser! If you ever have the chance to have Clodagh cook for you, take it! Just don't moving without taking up gym membership!!!

She's written "Cully & Scully" instead of "Cully & Sully".....
Shouldnt have let a Reindeer help me with my flour handwriting
... for the last post! Thank you Muireann for your lovely comment and to Tara oddles or rach for the previous one! Xxx
Clodagh is my daughter and from the age of two she wanted to help in the kitchen. She was great at choclate brownies and waffles with maple syrup.
At age 13 she won a prize from Bord Bia for her gourment choclates, she even managed to make little boxes for her presentation.Everything she made was sold to her class and teachers.
As she grew older she devoloped a serious interested in cooking, always trying out new recipes and she had a natural gift for presentation.
As her Mum I had to bow to her ability and desire to take over the kitchen,so I was happy to stand aside and just listen to her whistle as she worked.
We all loved wondering "what will we have for dinner this evening"
knowing that whatever she prepared it would be great.
We are very proud of all her achievements and know she has a lot of untapped talents yet to be discover.
