I love food, now I know everyone likes food but I really love food. I am always thinking about what I can cook next, as soon as I wake up in the morning I start planning what I will make for dinner that evening. I would love to spend 12 weeks in Ballymaloe living and breathing all things food and cooking. I think I could take what I would learn in Ballymaloe and turn it into a career in food and tie it into my current career. All I can say is pick me and I know you won't regret it...

This is a quick and easy dish that I love to make when I don't have the energy to spend ages at the cooker and what's not to love about it!! Fried potato, chorizo, cherry tomatoes, a boiled egg, garlic and crispy salad. Fry baby potatoes and the chorizo in the pan, remove to a bowl with a slotted spoon. Add a glug of oil to the pan juices, throw in the sliced garlic and a squeeze of lemon. mix up the potato, chorizo, salad and tomatoes in the bowl, pour over the oil mix and top with boiled egg.
