My dish is a spinach & feta quiche with a pear & walnut salad and homemade potato wedges. All elements of this dish are homemade including shortcrust pastry. I like to use fresh produce so the eggs come from my grandads free range hens and lettuce is from my garden. The quiche includes feta, spinach leaves, eggs, creme fraishe, flour, magarine, water, salt & pepper. The salad includes lettuce, spinach leaves, walnuts, pears, paramsan & balsamic vinegar, wedges include olive oil, garlic & salt.
