I love cooking and have really got into cooking for family and friends,and even parties over the last number of years and would love the opportunity to really expand my skills at the Ballymaloe course

I recently took part in the Ballymaloe cookery school make your own pizza course and have started making my own pizzas from scratch. This one is a little unusual but the black pudding goes really well with the leeks and pine nuts, on a mascarpone sauce.
