"TEACH ME PLEASE" I live eat and breath food, it's what i live for. My passion began as a child watching my dad, who is a crafty begger in the kitchen. I would love to take this love further and turn this into a full time career. To open a wee tea room in my home town of Cashel would be my dream. Cheers.
You have 500 characters to tell us about your dish:
I have been cooking this dish for quite some time for family and friends who lap it up. I tend to do it more in October and November when the squash is in season. The squash is roasted with garlic and i use homemade chicken stock and creme fraiche also lots of thyme. The bread is a sort of family tradition, passed on by my dad and given a few tweaks here and there by me. I also garnished the dish with a Parmesan crisp.
